Relation to curriculum Compulsory module for 4th semester students. This course focuses on the development and application of innovative learning models and instructional media in the context of biology education. It supports CPL-6 and CPL-8 by equipping students with the skills to design, produce, and implement creative teaching tools that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Students are encouraged to explore diverse formats such as visual media, manipulatives, and digital platforms to enrich classroom experiences—preparing them to be adaptive, innovative, and reflective educators in the field of biology.
Teaching methods Lecture, Inquiry approach
Workload 2 x 45 hours per semester, comprising:
✔ 100 minutes lecture and discussion per week
✔ 120 minutes structured tasks per week
✔ 120 minutes independent learning per week
Credit points 2 SKS = 3.34 ECTS (90 hours)
