Relation to curriculum Compulsory module for 2nd semester students. This course introduces foundational principles of educational management including planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating educational institutions. It supports CPL-4 and CPL-8 by developing leadership and administrative competencies relevant to school management and educational program development.
Teaching methods Lecture, small group discussion, project
Workload 2 x 45 hours per semester, comprising:
✔ 100 minutes lecture and discussion per week
✔ 120 minutes structured tasks per week
✔ 120 minutes independent learning per week
Credit points 2 SKS = 3,34 ECTS (90 hours)
Prerequisites –
Module objectives 1. Explain concepts of human nature and education accurately using student-centered strategies
2. Demonstrate responsibility and respect in group discussions on school management cases
3. Compare effectiveness of management approaches based on literature and observation
4. Explain differences between management approaches through concept mapping
5. Explain professional ethics and teacher organizations
Content This course provides fundamental knowledge of educational management concepts and practices.

➢ Learning evaluation
