Relation to curriculum Compulsory laboratory module supporting Plant Morphology. This course provides hands-on experience in observing and analyzing plant structures such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits. It supports CPL-6 and CPL-7 by strengthening practical skills in specimen analysis, observational drawing, and morphological comparison in ecological and taxonomic contexts.
Teaching methods Hands-on (laboratory)
Workload 1 x 45 hours per semester, comprising:
✔ 170 minutes structured tasks per week
Credit points 1 SKS = 1.6 ECTS (45 hours)

Module objectives ✔ Characterize leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, roots, stems, and their modifications accurately
✔ Explain the application of plant morphology in plant characterization
Content This practicum provides hands-on experience in observing, identifying, and analyzing plant morphology across different taxonomic groups.
