| Relation to curriculum | Compulsory module for 3rd semester students. This laboratory course complements the theoretical concepts of Invertebrate Zoology by providing hands-on experience with major invertebrate phyla. It supports CPL-6 and CPL-7 by developing skills in identification, classification, anatomical observation, and analysis through dissection, microscopy, and field sampling. In line with ASIIN standards, the course emphasizes technical competence, scientific documentation, and ecological awareness. |

| Module objectives / Intended Learning Outcomes | ✔ Students are able to identify characteristics of invertebrates from various phyla including Protozoa, Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Nemathelminthes, Annelida, Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Echinodermata. ✔ Students are able to apply concepts of nomenclature and taxonomic hierarchy from Kingdom to Subspecies. |
